There are some places you visit the moment you hear about them. And then there are places you keep hearing about for years. Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village in Manipal was one of those places for me. Having lived in Manipal for over a decade, I had been hearing about this place since around 2016. I knew there was a heritage village somewhere in Manipal, filled with old homes, beautiful architecture, forgotten stories and objects from another time. Yet, somehow, I never made it t
